Return Eligibility

  • The return must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and seals must remain attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at with your order number and a clear photograph of the item's condition. Due to the nature of beauty and hygiene products, this pre-screening is a mandatory step for approval.
  2. Await Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for sending the item to our U.S. warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Please review the following guidelines regarding responsibility for return shipping costs.

MAKERSKR covers costs if:

  • Product Defect: The item is defective or was damaged in transit (excluding outer box).
  • Incorrect Item: You received an item different from what you ordered.

Customer covers costs if:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the product.
  • Incorrect Order: You ordered the product, but it does not meet personal expectations.
  • Opened/Used Items: The product is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Late Request: The return is requested outside the 10-day period.
  • Incorrect Address: The shipment was returned or lost due to an incorrect address.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you a notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to three (3) business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired product as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at so we may promptly resolve the issue. Please note, damage to the external shipping box during transit is not considered product damage if the product inside is intact.
