Shipping to USA Customers
Free Standard Shipping — All US products offer free Standard shipping.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and any additional fees. Final shipping costs and delivery times will be specified at checkout.
Carriers & Options
- Carriers: We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for all US orders.
- Standard: Typically takes 10 to 25 business days.
- Expedited: Aims to deliver within 10 business days.
Once a product has shipped, order cancellations may not be possible. To request a refund, you must follow the return process. Returns are accepted within 10 days. View Return Policy.

Special Policies for US Shipping
- Parcel Forwarding Services: MAKERSKR is not liable for damage, defect, or loss after delivery to a forwarding company. Shipping to these services is at the customer’s own risk.
- Multiple Addresses: We cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place a separate order for each address.
- Restricted & Hazardous Items: Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted from air transport and may require ground shipping, which can take longer.
- Perfumes: Must be ordered using Expedited shipping. Orders placed with Standard shipping may be canceled.
- Food Products (to Non-US): Must use Expedited Shipping if the destination is outside the U.S.

- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding South Korean public holidays.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Tracking & Risk of Loss
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is ready. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If tracking doesn't show results, contact greate0802@gmail.com.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when your credit card is charged and the order is delivered. This does not affect our refund policy.
Worldwide Shipping Policies
Notice: Delivery Suspension to Israel and Kuwait
Due to ongoing safety and logistical challenges, deliveries to Israel and Kuwait are temporarily suspended.
Country-Specific Updates
- Argentina & Chile: Fill in TAX/TAD IDs on Address Line 2. Argentina orders are limited to 3 items.
- Brazil: Fill in CPF on Address Line 2.
- Indonesia: Fill in Tax ID (NPWP) on Address Line 2.
- Europe: As of July 1, 2021, customers are required to pay all taxes upon receipt.
- Peru: Orders are limited to a maximum of 4 items.
- Philippines: Orders over 1kg or $170 may require an import permit (ATRIG).
- Germany: Products with animal-derived ingredients (e.g., PDRN) may be returned or discarded by customs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including import taxes, VAT, and duties. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned, the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any duties will be deducted from the refund.
