Termination: The act of a Member ending their User Agreement.

| Article 3: Other Applicable Rules |
The Operator may establish and announce separate operational policies as needed. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any separate operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence. |
| Article 4: Formation of the User Agreement |
- A User Agreement is formed when an individual who wishes to use the Website agrees to these Terms and the Operator accepts their application for membership.
- By clicking the "I Agree" button during the registration process, the applicant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

- A Member who registers with false information or by impersonating another person may not claim any rights under this User Agreement and may be subject to penalties under applicable laws.

The protection of Member personal information shall be governed by applicable laws and the Website's Privacy Policy.
- The Operator does not store Member Passwords. All matters related to password management will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The Operator will endeavor to protect Members' personal information in compliance with relevant statutes.
- The Operator shall not be held liable for any information leakage resulting from a Member's own negligence or fault.
- If a Member posts or distributes illegal content, the Operator may access and provide such materials to relevant authorities upon their official request.

| Article 7: Obligations of the Operator |
- The Operator shall endeavor to promptly address any opinions or complaints raised by Members if they are deemed reasonable.
- The Operator shall act promptly to repair or restore any equipment failures or data loss to ensure the stable provision of services.

| Article 8: Obligations of the Member |
- Members shall comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
- Members shall not assign, transfer, or provide their right to use the services as collateral without consent.
- Members are responsible for the management of their ID and Password.
- Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator or any third party.

| Article 9: Service Availability |
- Services are available 24/7, but may be suspended for scheduled maintenance.
- Services may be suspended without notice for urgent maintenance, force majeure events, or telecommunication failures.
- Notice will be provided for service suspensions when possible.

| Article 10: Termination of Service Use |
- Members must apply for termination through the designated online process.
- Upon termination, all Member information will be deleted.

| Article 11: Restrictions on Service Use |
The Website may restrict or terminate service use for prohibited activities, including:
- Registering with false information.
- Interfering with other users or misappropriating their information.
- Impersonating Website staff.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Unauthorized use of another Member's ID.
- Acts connected to criminal activity or violating laws.

| Article 12: Content Management |
- The Operator manages content and may delete inappropriate posts. Members are responsible for their own posts.
- Content may be deleted if it is defamatory, violates public order, promotes illegal activity, is for commercial profit, or infringes on rights.
- The Operator may temporarily suspend posts upon third-party request for rights infringement.

| Article 13: Preservation of Content |
The Operator will make reasonable efforts to allow for content backup before any service suspension. |
| Article 14: Copyright of Content |
- Members retain copyright to their content but grant the Website a non-exclusive license for non-profit display.
- Members may not use information from the service for commercial purposes without authorization.

- Members are responsible for all civil and criminal liability arising from their activities.
- The Website is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or the Member's own negligence.

The Operator is relieved from liability for:
- Financial loss incurred by Members.
- Service disruptions from third-party providers.
- The content of materials posted by Members.
- Disruptions attributable to the Member.
- Interactions between Members or with third parties.
- The authenticity or accuracy of Member-posted materials.
- Damages from transactions facilitated through the service.
- System failures that occur without its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
